You need to draw the text on an external overlay.

Have a look at Grab's external DirectX overlay.

i have problem with my directx, i tried reinstall visual studio, i have installed DirectX SDK Binaries

idk still saying : " Cannot open include file d3dx9.h" No such file or directory "

Make sure you have these includes in your project:

#pragma comment(lib, "d3d9.lib")
#pragma comment(lib, "d3dx9.lib")

#include <d3d9.h>
#include <d3dx9.h>

And also this in the project properties:
