No, by that he means that he'll update the hack whenever it gets Outdated or so.

It finds values by itself. No internet connection needed etc.

Btw I've found a solution how to fix this bug

His application got a pattern scanner wich gets the right address on every startup. This is why it should work on every version of lol.
