The intro is the first thing anyone sees. It's gonna define what anyone thinks of the channel subconsciously.

Bad intro = less interest

Good intro = more interest

I see a bunch of rank symbols flash by w/ some bad music and not to be harsh but the text at the end is just gruesome

Well from a little inferring from what @High said he is saying that the intro isn't eye catching (which it isn't) the idea of a intro is an introduction to your channel. First impressions are very important. He is suggesting making different content for it or somthing more interesting. A couple of things he is suggesting, 1.get better music
