Tried resetting by using a USB to boot windows 10. I literally tried every option available, it didn't work. Still tells me its an error.

When i had problems with my pc, i started it and got a permanent Blue Screen.
Only thing helped was cleaning the harddrive and reinstall windows..

Just reformat. Windows 10 didn't fuck ur computer, not having it plugged in before upgrading did.
