As no one has replied to this saying they have bought admin access makes it kinda obvious this isn't legit.

I can show you ingame, i make the admin account ahead of time and if i was ripping people off don't you think i would have bad rep and people spamming my comments? Add me and i will make your account ahead of time, show you ingame before you pay..
