Can_Trust_Client_Movement
As part of the 3.15.5.0 update Nelson has added a Can_Trust_Client_Movement option for servers that believe they can trust their players to not use cheats.

Exact words found in Unturned file
16/06/16:
There is a new option in the Config.json file named Can_Trust_Client_Movement. Setting this to true will disable serverside character movement verification which means rubberbanding won't be an issue, but can result in cheaters noclipping/flyhacking/speedhacking. Fortunately most cheats don't have these features since this setting is false by default. If there are none of those cheats currently available you can safely set this to true, or if you're playing on your own server with players you know aren't cheating.

Although you can't exactly search for servers with this set to true if you really want you could probably find one with this enabled or trick the owner into enabling it or start a hvh server and enable this.

"Fortunately most cheats don't have these features since this setting is false by default"

You could probably add back the noclipping/flyhacking/speedhacking features to your cheats just in case you find one with this enabled.
I stated the same in a comment of another hack. But as far as my testing goes there is no actual way of even detecting if the server has this option enabled. This is purely server sided and the client doesn't even know about this option existing. And alot of servers have this turned off as it seems that either people don't change it or don't want to change it

Do all movement hacks result in a ban, if not you could try set your position (or some other movement hack) and if it is reset back to original then the config is set to false

No movement hacks result in ban. It isn't very usefull to have a detector for that as again most servers have this patched

That has nothing to do with what we are talking about here. But the reason is that when Nelson changes the code of something we use in our code to behave differently our code breaks. So what we have to do is find another way to do the same thing but without using the previous method. Then there is also anticheats when the game gets updated there is a chamce that the anticheat will be updated aswell so we have to bypass the updated anticheat. And finally upon the game update some files are replaced with new ones if those files contain our hack it simply gets overwritten and our hack no longer functions. Last last thing the assembly is also a problem modifying it is bad as it gets updated every time so you would have to modify it every single time to make it work on the new version
