Forgot Pin in Zenfone 5

I Forgot Pin in Zenfone 5 but the forgot pin label doesnt appear and i didn't active my android device manager..
i doesnt want to reset factory my phone.. any idea to solve it?

Its a sign put the phone down

turn it off, turn it on while holding the sound up or down button (Not sure about zenofone) and there should be a way to factory reset it

already tried that.. my phone is connected to internet and has location on .. but my phone doesnt activate the ADM yet ... and my phone is locked so cant activate it

f you have forgotten your custom unlock pattern, then don’t panic.

After 5 unsuccessful tries a button should appear saying ‘Forgot pattern’. Press this and you will be asked to enter your Gmail username/password.

The phone will then ask for a new unlock pattern. If you don’t have a Gmail account, then you might have to either call your carrier or factory reset your phone.

If that doesn't work take a look at this:

If the device doesn't have USB debugging enabled in the developer settings before you forgot the pin then you're essentially screwed since the only other method that doesn't use gmail or factory reset is by using the ADB (Android Debug Bridge) in order to delete the file which the pin is saved in which can only be achieved by having USB debugging enabled. If you don't have USB debugging on it then you could attempt to install a custom recovery on the device and then flash a file which will delete the pin file for you.
