Unless you copy the contents on your piece of paper to a .txt on your computer "programs" will be irrelevant and I'm sure you can find a place to stick a piece of paper where your brother will not find it. Pretty sure you won't have a book's worth of usernames and passwords anyway.

As i dont have any brothers or sisters or any friends that visit me, i just write them all on paper, + remember passwords on google ( if your user on pc have password, noone can view those password without entering the windows user password ).
Did i helped you somehow? Press that Thanks button..
He only do that in April fools, my birthday and these times to fool me lol...
I don't blame him, in his last birthday i gave him a toilet paper and I said it's an iPhone, later I gave him the real surprise.
It's not the problem with my bro, I can tell him I don't like that and he will understand
but my cousins, fucked up kids can find anything.

Put your passwords on google drive. pretty secure
Important/sensitive passwords (i.e bank login) are stored in my brain only. Least important passwords that I don't bother remembering are stored in a text file in System32 folder.
