FitBit SE Help
Tried to SE a FitBit to an Indian Address - They usually contact via Email after taking all the details down on the chat.
Everything went through properly and they took down my address on the support chat and said someone would email me about the replacement.
I have done this before and it worked properly but this time they emailed the original account email (even though I had given mine on support and also replaced it on the account) and now the account details have been recovered and I never got an email from them.
Am into a problem? Since I gave them my contact number and address for the replacement on the chat?
Kindly help if you know something?
