However, you can relieve stress by doing many different things.
There are several healthier options like going to the gym and exercising.
You could have a long shower to keep yourself thinking of how things could be better.
You could watch a movie to lift your mind off of what is happening in reality.
You could listen to some music and try to get yourself to relax from what is truly happening.
You could play some games.
I wouldn't really picture escaping reality to be a good idea, but to overcome, and accept reality itself is what will keep you going.
Think more positively!
Life is short and it's best to make the most of it.
Don't ever take life for granted.
