Are you referring to this? PokeVision is a map tool that shows the location of Pokemon. The bot itself runs this to scan for Pokemon better.

Under Other Settings it says Use Pokevision. I'm curious about this as well.

Yeah, I noticed that after posting, sorry. PokeVision is a map tool that shows the location of Pokemon. The bot itself runs this to scan for Pokemon better.

no matter what I do I get no pokestops nearby (in NYC) . This has been going for the last 3 versions....

Check the coordinates you're at and see if they're in a decent area. Afterwards just restart. I don't have this issue anymore and I don't know anyone else who does. Would also check you're on the most updated version.
