I want you to take a render and:

1. Place a render.
2. Apply a clipping mask.
3. Blend the background with the render, assuming you can make a bg.
4. Take a nice abstract brush to it how you like.
5. Add a filter.
6. Apply a gradient.
7. Maybe set a bright or dark layer on overlay to wrap it up.
8. And finally, *gasp* make a border.
