After finishing patching, the same message my brother gets, "Combat arms has stopped working" upon clicking game start.

Don't run it in compatibility mode. Check your antivirus and make sure your firewall has an allowance for combat arms.

I just literally signed out of CA. So they either just went down or the issue is on your end.
