Phone shops in my country unlocks these for you, but not sure about other countries -if legal- other than that I can't help.

I wouldn't say a "random" shop will do that but I'm sure you can find a shop you can trust that will do it

uPDATE: CONTACTED THREE.CO.UK BUT THEY SAID MY PHONE NOT LOCKED TO THEM.....LOL BUT APPLE SAID...
