It looks like you’re writing unsubstantiated nonsense. Would you like to turn on all caps?

Hmm ... laptop cooling mat , also keep your laptop elevated so that the heat goes evenly out. You might as well stop some applications or check to see if there are other programs running that is unwanted

Turn off v-sync and anti-aliasing. Lower graphics.

Disabling Anti-aliasing always helps me get 10-15 extra fps, also reduce shadow quality or disable shadows if possible. Shader quality also consumes some fps. Anything you think that is just an extra can be reduced, like effects (smoke, dust, etc)

Update Video Drivers, helped me for NMS for example, had like 5-10 fps when entering the ship, but can run BF4 on Ultra
And disable VSync, might help you out

I recommend you to use Razer Cortex. It will close any processes that aren't needed when gaming.

This should keep your FPS more consistent now

This is always recommended. Staying approximately 10% lower than your max FPS would ensure your FPS doesn't get jumpy.

That's normally the issue with most computers where the FPS suddenly drops, thus lots of complaints. Not sure why people recommend fps_max 0
