Ebay dispute

So first time dispute. Lol it's kind of funny.

So anyways the buyer is claiming he didn't get the item but I have the following info.


1.) The date he got the item
2.) Tracking number
3.) His correct address with the tracking number is shown on paypal
4.) The day it was shipped
5.) What was shipped
6.) How much the item with shipping included
Plus I asked the buyer to provide a police report if he has any further inquires. Do you think that is enough O.o

At the end of the day, if you have proof, then you should be fine.

Actually, if he calls his bank/credit card company, idk if that will help him with getting his money back
Escalate the claims to PayPal and Ebay to see what they can do about it.
They're two different companies now though :O

dispute to be resolved and if it doesn't close in my favor (I would be dammed cause why would it not with the evidence)
then I can contact them back and appeal it. -_-

Well that is what he is saying now. What do I tell him? I copied and pasted the address he gave me and told him this is the address you provided and that is where I shipped. If you gave me the wrong address then it's not my fault

All the variables seem to be in your favor, there's no reason for you not to win. Had a similar case a while back where the buyer claimed the item hadn't been delivered to his address. Just show eBay that the address you shipped it to was the same as the one he gave you (which seems to be what you have done).

Out of curiosity, how much was the item for and who has more rep (you or the buyer)
