well... i downloaded it and made a account after i click start it starts updating like "Backup/1098.cab??????????? (1/-2742785) is that number correct?? because now its at (14/-2742785)

Try to use Gamebooster and have the requirements for the Japanese CF if u have it and still dont work i suggest you do as Roxas says
