ELO Boosting Website

An idea of League of Legends is absolutely necessary for this job.
Familiarity with how ELO boosting works is extremely advantageous.

Website will cater to three main users:
Boosters
Customers
Admin

Boosters will be able to see all orders entered by Customers and subsequently be able to "lock" their accounts for boosting. Wins will payout $x, losses will decrease $x .Dollar amount will be related to Customers order.

Customers will mainly use the website for ordering elo boosting. Simple payment linkage to Paypal along with a elo boost calculator will be needed to show price required for their boost.

Admin should have control to the following functionalities:
Releasing payments to elo boosters,
Full list of all boosts currently taking place
All elo boosters status
The ability to change the elo boosting price and booster payout
make a thread
