This is probly a stupid question but is there or is it possible to make a script with a glow/wall hack?

Just to help you understand, glow/wall hacks require game data to know where someone is.
A script simply runs outside the game, not using any of the game memory to use.
Therefore, you cannot get a script with wall hacks.
Another way to put it is if wall hacks could be done through AHK scripts, wouldn't Valve just have VAC detect them immediately?

If not, they just check processes on PC?
Coz if that were the case, I'm now questioning why no one is making hacks with AHK and AutoIt

I've no idea why it's not common anymore, but for autoit wpm is just like any other language :?

No idea, afaik they have a blacklist, but there is probably more to it.
