Can you specify a little bit? If it opens a handle to csgo, and meets the requirements of a 'cheat', then yes, it can be detected.

If it interacts with the game at all there's always a chance it can be detected.

In that case yes it can be detected and you'll also have the risk for an overwatch ban if you get reported too much.
