Not sure if this is the right thread, but anyone know how long they take to respond? It is a problem with the mobile authentication if that makes a difference.
I've had times where they take 24 hours and times where they take a week. It's completely random in my experience.
What exactly is your issue man? Maybe we could assist you in some manner.
