Email Activation and Deleted Thread

Hello, I can't PM/VM anyone and it says that my email may not be confirmed yet, but I'm sure I sent 5+ requests to activate it (and I'm sure my email is typed right), and I haven't received any email, not even in the spam folder. Also, my thread was deleted and I don't understand the reason. The Staff said this:

What original help request thread? That was my first thread asking for help about the skills, the other was about potions and the same Staff closed it (saying something like it was solved via Skype, but I don't even have Skype in my computer). So, why? I want help, but it seems like the Staff doesn't want to allow me to get help.

That thread is not showing up to me either in your posts or threads. I'll look for it manually, however if you wish to dispute the thread directly, post in Staff disputes and mention the staff member that deleted that thread.

I've no idea what you're talking about. I closed the said help request thread of yours because you didn't reply to it for over a week.

Considering the facts that his other help request thread is regarding a different matter than the one in question and I can't find any duplicate help request thread made by the OP, I guess I must've confused his second thread with someone else's or so. My sincerest apologies for what happened, @juliacs. I can assure you it won't happen again.
