It's overall how well you can handle situations. Tbh, if I get admin on any server, I would just pimp out my acc, but if it came to a serious note, I can handle situations well. I don't like working for people which is why I work alone on my own server

I'm also a youtuber but that doesn't put me in any special place other than more people know me

To be honest, being a YouTuber gives you a "higher" place on the social level but that doesn't make you special. Staff/Admin are for people who actually want to "help" and want to handle kiddies who beg for items. For my own server, I chose my staff members depending on how close I am to them (They're like my 2nd fam lmao) and how much I trust them. I don't hire developers because I can do shit myself. I was staff/dev for a server (Destiny's Realm) and tbh, I didn't do wack shit because the other developers are capable of doing what he asked other than shit from Nilly's Realm @Riigged WARG WARG WARG WARG WARG. 60% because the Owner that hired us I disliked, No offense if you're reading this.

If you want developers or staff thats dedicated, treat them well. The person I worked for had a hot head and always asked for the same shit. Developers can do what they can do in time. YouTuber rank? Useless, what commands do they get. Any kid can make a youtube account and say he can advertise with the 1 subscriber that is his mom.

Posting the fixed imgs is useless, we edit them into the main post when we see them or are mentioned.
