Proxy only client

I have attached the newest 27.7.7.X5 client with the proxy server added. The unfortunate part is that unless you have updated k-relay... it won't work so well...

Anyways, forward thinking... I would update K-relay with it, but I am not so good with K-relay; still reading up on it...
