So lemme explain briefly what this is actually,because people are actually confusing it.
This is a paypal account for one the ones who are young(below 18) and still wanna earn money from internet, since most people use paypal this is quite useful.
It is also a good oppurtunity since some countries doesn't allow to send it through friends and family, but with usa paypal, you can easily send&recieve without providing any identity.

So now to your question.
Well you can't exactly load it with the cc and bank I linked it up with, but you can recieve and hold the money on there rather than keeping your money on a unverified paypal.

Well if you link your own bank you can, afterall cc is just to verify it(crap) you can't add money from it.
