It has nothing to do with ethnicity.

There's also really no How2MPGH. It's always different things.

You have to be well known in mpgh to get the vote. Thats the first step atleast.. You have long way to go.

im assuming you are talking about the tags under the names, you can get a custom one here https://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=118 when you get enough post.

The pharaoh isn't even permanent. After the vote "IF you happen to win" You will only have it for a limited time.

Limited time can mean more then a month, I told the exact amount of time the tag is awarded out. So no, not the same thing.

Anywho, Pharaoh is obtained when you win the Pharaoh Competition.
You must first be nominated and then win the polls.
Usually it is a monthly event.
