Question about refunding phones in general

Say you refund a phone saying like it didn't come, would it be possible for the police to track the phone and find out?

In my opinion, it's better to just claim it has a broken screen or some other method.
They weigh packages, so it most likely isn't a great idea to use that method.

When the phone arrives you can't turn on the device until you have completed the refund. If you turn it on before, they can see it's on and won't give you a refund. Next time try the se sections of the forums instead of the marketplace for answers from people who know the subject a bit better
