If it is not delivered, you are responsible to find help from MSDN/Microsoft Support regarding email not being delivered. You have no right to claim a refund if it you do not receive as you decided the alternative instead of the safe one.
7. If you tell MSDN/Microsoft support you bought this account or invite, you will ultimately be revoked access.
