Really wanna know how to do this, apparently there is a website?

There is no website that can give you free capes. They're just trying to steal your account. Only way to get a Minecon cape is to buy one, or attend Minecon.

You can try cracking MC Accounts. :P But its pointless, since the chances of you cracking a account with a Minecon cape is very rare.

Of course there is. I know 3 or more methods of getting Minecraft accounts, none of which will be coming public. Theres a youtuber that has the methods - www.youtube.com/piddles

Crack them also that is rare..
