You will need to do asos yourself, they aren't hard but they're really annoying to do because of various delays.

Are the normal SE methods works with them? What kind of delays are you talking about?

2~weeks. You will need to order your item+some cheap shit, and say only cheap shit arrived.

@ @badkillz is right, I done Asos for myself, just say cheap shit came.

if their chat is open use that. if not you'll have to go to their fb but they'll keep telling you to wait 48 hours

Yeah it took 4 weeks to get my refund.
