I recommend Coinbase but for any reason you cant do it/ dont want to. You can try Virwox It takes fees but its fast and easy if you lookup Paypal to btc no id/verification Virwox will probably come up. Anyways hopefully i helped, good luck with getting BTC for Paypal.
