I forgot what I chose for the issue type, but it was most likely item not described. But yeah, basically key didn't work, add some personal shit in there, and some type of minimal threat (I'm not using this service again, for example)

they will refund i did it like 8 times but it is better to get it to paypal then them and they will only ban you if you do that about 8 times or if you will contact the seller about the problem! NEVER CONTACT THE SELLER!
