How was this aproved ? this is missing a virus scan. BTW I THINK it's XpliCitt. Umm, this is source code section, and you gave the program not the source code >.< or I got it wrong?

1. You copy/pasted source for CBL Checker from Ugleh
2. Releasing source is basically ASKING for people to edit it and re-release

Set Your Transparency Key To A Colour And Then Set Your Form Background To The SAME Colour & Make Sure The Form Border Style Is Set To None, Thats How You Get A Transparent Background
