NVidia free game with gpu purchase?

Anyone know if its possible to buy a gpu with the free game promotion, activate the code, then return the gpu?

They won't let you return it most likely if you activate the code because that's equivalent to opening and using the product. Also, if you have the money to buy it, why not just buy the game... The game is greatly cheaper than the gpu for sure...

You can still refund the gpu but keep it + the game. Done that before.

not really, if the code is outside of the box, just say you bought the wrong card and need to return it, else say the card isnt working and return it. they dont care if you use the code or not.

it depends who you're returning it from I guess. this happened to me before too.

I'm assuming you're talking about how buying the GPU gets you a free game if you show the receipt and serial code of your GPU. Most likely you could; but why wouldn't you just refund the GPU and get a free game and GPU?
