Don't really know what the websites algorithm is, but it looks like it replaces all bytes with more random ones (or encrypts them with random one time generated keys)?
Either way, the header is messed up, if your teachers are decent at computers and they check your file, they will probably see that the header doesn't match the extension of the file (eg, here is what a png image looked like, note that it doesnt start with what it should: (before
after 
)I suggest you scramble the data around manually, if you are paranoid about your teachers hex viewing your file. (and maybe add random data too, to make the size look big)
