PAYPAL LIMITED! NEED HELP!!

Hi I was using my paypal and ebay to sell but due to some reasons paypal limited my account, I need to provide supplier invoice and info but my supplier has gone out of reach. Is there someone that could help me remove limitations? I don't want to continue selling just need my pp back as its linked with my ba and cards.
