How bad is taking 1 bar of Xanax recreational? How about double dosed Xanax? I'm into it and I don't know if I'm killing myself.

To start, I don't have experience with the drug and my research done on it is close to none. I heard it's effects are similar to alcohol? 
Can you confirm or deny this? When you say you're onto it, I'm assuming that means you've been taking it for a while.

To make it simple, say you drink 3 beers without taking xanax then you just get the effects of 3 beers
Now try taking a xanax and then drink 3 drinks, It will make you feel like you've had 10
Now OP: I've taken a lot of xanax and not recreational I've never been prescribed any kind of benzo or anything other strong in my life. So just don't do it to often and don't take too much each time.

Also your tolerance to xanax builds up so fast so the patient can feel like they have to take more to feel an effect and the more you take the harder it is to get of the drugs
