They can't sue you or fine you 1,000 dollars for altering, basically your own CP.

They may sue if you hack there server, which the new server crash hack mught fall under.

in the TOS it says something like FILES ARE STILL PROPERTY OF NEXON EVEN AFTER DOWNLOADED, you may think theyre ur files but theyre still nexons

So they can it just wont hold up cuz the judge will laugh so hard hed throw the mallet thing at the "THING" nexon calls lawyer

They would need to show the proof that it was me who was actually editing there files. Its the internet, they can't.

when they say a program, they mean an .exe right? That could be a major hole in their Terms of Use, because the Pub is a .asi
