Speedtest Normal vs. VPN
This is without VPN:

This is with a VPN:

I live 100 miles from the server that it was testing from the VPN was located in Aurora, Illinois (IP: 68.235.53.215) with NordVPN (42 ms and 26% server load).

Thought this would be interesting to others
And the rating from Speedtest for the 2 ISPs, the second one, the one with VPN should be better, it has 4 stars(Tzulo) and the other one has 3 stars(Cox)

It shouldn't be better, it is just saying the overall rating of the ISP is a higher quality one.
hmm, what VPN are you using? The speed's pretty decent

No, I haven't used that. NordVPN is really good cause they have a no logs policy tho

Nowhere near as good as Google fiber but I'm not complaining since there's multiple people using the internet at any given time.
You have really good internet! What VPN do you use?

Damn, I wish I have fiber, there is 1gbps in my area, but only 5 feet across my street. What a time to be alive, etc until it is on my side, 3-5 years.
