Are Notifiers still relevant?

I'm considering getting getting a notifier for a month but I'm not sure if it would be worth it with the 2 min TP delay. AFAIK there's no way of getting around that so if anyone's tried it themselves with the 2 min delay it'd be great to hear your opinion (otherwise I might just do the $1 for 2 day thing).

Not really. You can notify for your own server (might as well just save the $ and open a spare client or two and have them afk in the realm with autoaim on if you're that desperate). The last thing I've heard notifiers being for is for last lich, then people join with bots and try to oryx crash, but that's pretty rare.

Yeah, idk if that'd be worth it cause 4 out of 5 times I only get a few defs worth of stuff from o1+2

That's a good point. Nearly every oryx is a wc now too since incs are cheap.

Avatars in smaller realms and most events in extra small realms don't.

Yeah this was what I was thinking, every now and then I'd get an event that is in a small realm. Although I wasn't really thinking of using it for avatars cause they're not really worth it.

I think I'll give it a 2 day trial thing at some point and see if it's actually worth it or not.

I agree it's useless, but if what matters is getting soulbound at most events, a char slot for that wouldn't hurt.

I think theyre irrelevant, because they serve no purpose if the user cant teleport w/o waiting. I've heard that a person from the game has a meathod to bypass the teleport delay, but even thats still a myth.

The way to get rid of the delay that people are talking about, I remember it being on a old release from jnoob and it was in one of those O-rape make your own client things as well. However I do not think it was used for the same intentions. It was to reset for when you went to TP to someone just as they cloaked/went in a dungeon etc. This is a forced 2min delay, who knows though? Maybe it could work to get rid of the induced delay. Im to lazy to do any digging like I used to, cheers!
