GTA 5 banned consequences/Aftermath

I just want to know the exact consequences currently right now. My first offense ban.
Questions:
Do I keep cars?
Do i keep property?
Do I have to redo heist and Lamar missions from the stary?
Am i in cheater pool right now? Is it that bad?
Should I try my luck and call rockstar?

Chances are you wont even have an online character when you come back. they reset the lot.
You get to restart from scratch.

You will have to start from 0 and the next ban is perma. Next time get a paid gta v service instead of using shitty hacks or getting money dropped on you remotely.

I heard you only lose the cash in your account but you keep everything else. Anyone know for sure?

Cheater Pool doesn't exists anymore, it was only used in 2013 on Old Gen

If you have too much Time and want to waste something of it, then yes.

Can you guys hoenstly not respond if you dont know? I have just realized that i can check social club to see what i have. According to my account i have all my cars(which is most important). And after watching a aftermath gta5 ban video, i found that he kept all property and cars.

However i am not sure if it will stay that way. As for guns i will have to unlock them again, and chances are buy them again.

Funny the shark cards i already spent have returned to my bank account.

Yet rockstar says they get rid of property and just reset accounts so idfk anymore, anyone with experience?????

theyll just delete your char. you have to start over

Are there supposed to be diff consequences or universal bann consequences because i see one of two after maths on youtube. 1 keeps everything except money 2. keeps everything except money and level

You're looking at outdated videos based on the old ban policy. Their new policy (in effect since October/November, not exactly sure when) goes like this: First ban = suspension for 30 days plus total character reset, and second ban = permanent ban.

The e-mail you received when you recently got banned should read something along the lines of having received a 30 day suspension, and that in addition, all your character progress will be reset, meaning everything you ever did will have to be re-done. Put simply, it equals having your character deleted so you'll have to make a new character and rank up from 1 with just under 10k in pocket money, no car, and only a pistol in your hand with 36 rounds in it.

i mean not to be sarcastic but on my SC inside vehicles i can see my cars? whats up with that?

They can't reset you, while you are not logged in. The first time you log-in, they will reset you, and your whole character gets deleted.
