Busting instagram

So recently there's this fuss around my town going around with these dumbnuts who make fake profiles to insult others.

Basically, childs game and I have nothing to do with it except for the fact that the people who are being made fun of are people I know well.

Ofcourse, for me to see their pictures pop up and see hilarious shit being posted is entertaining, but I'd love to find out who's doing what.

Here are the few things I've thought of that wouldn't take too much effort, but if you have any idea on how to bust an anonymous instagram, let me know.

1. make a quick ********* profile and have them visit it having their ip and location show up in the last few visitors.

Really the only method I thought of that wouldn't take much effort.

Ofcourse things can be done with rats and keyloggers and bla bla but he'd have to be on his pc for one and two, it's too much effort.
Anyone any other easy genius idea?

when they see the image it will send you a email with their ip.
Just track it down from there i guess

Best idea. But which site is he going to use to track them? I know a site where it just shows you the state and stuff.

Best thing I would do is get pictures that they're interested in, upload to imgur. then go to the site @Ally suggested, then you can change domain name it imger.

Soooo basically you just get a random pic from the internet and put it into the URL and copy the link and send that link to them and once they'll open it you'll have their IP address?

There was a guide a while back to gain control of the account. But I guess that wont help find who it is.

I busted the ip but I can't find complete information. Anyone any good ip trackers that give real good accurate information?

If they post images, sometimes is shows their location - check their profile and there will be an icon that looks like a marker, that's how to find their approximate location
