How do I disable DEP?
When I go to the DEP window to change the settings, all of the boxes are grayed out and I can't pick any of them. I am sure DEP is giving me problems because I tried changing the .asi file into a .dll file and injecting it and it said DEP closed down CA. On the bottom of the DEP settings screen it says:
"To use these settings, you must be a computer administrator and you must use the bcdedit.exe file. For more information search the Microsoft Knowledge Base online".
Any help?

You can't disable DEP. But you can Disable certain programs from DEP. The Items checked in the SS are the ones to be exempt from DEP

That was absolutely no help... The circles that you can check off are gray for me and I can't change anything in the DEP window.
