Any1 knows a way how I can track people via phone number or via Facebook? Will rep you if you can help me.

I dont think you can track someone via phone number.(maybe i am wrong)
But it is easier via facebook,especialy if the user is a little bit idiot and dont protect himself.You can see where he usually go (coffee,restaurant,school etc). You can learn his habbits.Or track on of his friends, and by phishing him,you can learn more info about your target.I have done it some times, you cant believe how idiot some people are.

Maybe with facebook there's a little chance, a while ago i've read of a bug in the messenger app that records the position from where the message was sent (if the user have gps enabled atm)..
but i don't remember how it works and maybe has been patched already.
another chance could be trying to analyze the metadata of the pics that he/she upload on facebook and if he/she have GeoTagging function enabled on his cam or on facebook app you could find some useful info..

You could also try catfishing the victim so that they volunteer the information willingly.

i think you can't track anyone with phone because maybe if his/her phone got stolen then how can u track them?
