Use the compiler given with AHK. that simple. I can think of two ways to patch this.

If you make it an .exe it still would be detected.

What makes you think that? AHK exe itself has fixed id, the generated one doesn't. I know because I've already tried it... You don't get kicked. The advantage 2.0 one would just need to be edited and recompiled and it would work.
