If you paired you Fitbit with a new account.... Just tell them that it got broken and send them some proofs that's all..
They'll obv. Provide u with a replacement if you paired it with a new account..

From what I know they know that is a replacement band and ank you to send it bak.
I used to SE with the replaced fitbit and a new account but since this summer they updated and now they know it's a replacement and ask you for the original account...

I did create a new account for the replacement, never had a FB before. From what you guys are saying tho it seems they've updated the policy and I'm out of luck besides maybe getting a band or a charger.

They now know if that device is a replacement or not,but that doesn't mean they wont send you another one..I mean you can actually send the device back if they ask since it's legit broke..But if you don't want to deal with the hassle just get another one se'd

factory reset your tracker, link them to a new account. rinse and repeat for as many times as you like.

wait for a few months, your account is in the clear for SEing
