Playing 'osu!' With a Tablet || Better Performance?
I recently got back into playing osu! so after around two weeks of playing I remembered I had a tablet laying around somewhere from back when I was doing a graphics course, so then I went to find it, and I did. Started using the tablet (took me a couple of hours to get used to it) and it feels as though I'm playing better and spinning faster. I use my Razer Cyclosa (saving up for a better keyboard) and my Genius G-Pen F350 (before I was using my Razer Naga 2014). I'm still pretty noob, but I'm slowly getting better 220pp (#483,524) #13,838, I can play max 4 stars or 4,2 stars depending on the beatmap. What do you guys use?
With a tablet, you can improve faster and the response time is quicker but over time you will play on the same level. All preference I have Tablet and Mouse but I use my mouse
I don't play osu but I heard that using a tablet allows you to split the tapping and precision movement up to two hands so it's easier.

Wait, what?

Yeah you use the left hand to do the tapping for the beats and the right hand to move the pointer around (or vice versa if you're left handed)

That's the exact same thing you do with the mouse...

Oh I thought you clicked with the mouse too. Sorry I've never played osu
Easier nevertheless since using a pen lets you be more accurate.

You can click with the mouse, but it's rare to find someone who actually does.

I managed to get 1.8k pp without farming with mouse in about 4 months
with the tapping and rhythm skills i already have, i took about 5 months to adjust to tablet (just recently settled on grip and input latency), Achieved 1.8k pp in that time.

The tip is to just stick with what you've got, if you've had a bad MONTH still keep going lol, i'm back where i started and almost as good as i was after about 2 weeks of playing with tablet...

get an xp-pen Star G430 OSU Tabletⓘ . as a previous owner of the wacom cth480 and a current user of the xppen g430, i can tell you that the quality of the xp-pen tablet is amazing and even comparable to the cth480. it's so good for it's price.

it's small enough to carry around, and I don't feel any input lag. My only advice would be to find something to put on the surface if youre a drag player because they do kinda scratch easy .
I use my mouse for osu
Tablet is definitely better, but didn't really want to make the investment
