Permaban

Hello, i used program Wooxy to change skin map and next day i get email Your account: was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. (This ban is permanent) I wounder if there is any chance to get unbanned?

Not to step on your hopes but I doubt they'll do anything.
A similar thing happened to my friend a while back but despite the efforts Riot's answer was always no
It was also a super old account with like 1k~ spent in RP (Althought I don't think $ spent really matters).

ive been banned for the same thing
was banned however last year and may i add streamers like boxbox use the program too yet they don't do anything to them
My account was not restored .
