[Help] BANNED? WHY? PERM BAN?

BANNED? WHY? PERM BAN?

Hi guys, yesterday i recived an email from enmasse which it says that my account got banned or disactivated for hacks, i don't use macro or something like that, when i log in into my account, in a red letter says "This account is banned or disactivated" and if i try to log in to luncher, appears the same, i try to play with other account and says "Authentication failed" or something like this, i factory reset my pc, use tmac too, but the letter with "this account is banned or disactivated" still there, im installing now AVA and i will try to use the other and see if the "Authentication failed" fix it, but, what can i do? Can i do something? Help please, thanks.

theres nothing you can do if they banned your account

you can either try and dispute it, make a new acc or just change to another game

Authentication failed is also some kind of a ban. Try other account. Before creating a new account clean your browser cookies and get a new IP address

I already created a new account with other ip and try to play with other IP adress, but same message "Authentication Failed" i factory reset my PC, changed MAC, IP, nothing works..

i Just changed HWID, still don't work, maybe it's other type of bann..

Yes i did that xD, 4 days ago, i didn't get response already.. fk enmasse

XD enmasse is fk i now only 4 gms and nothing "privat server !

They banned the account which i use for "Hack" why i would hack? 8 years playing this game, and i spend it a lot of money, fuck logic.. Ah, and they banned an account which i don't use it, fine, fuck enmasse.

try to enter form another pc with different router and connection if its same then you got account ban you cant do nothing because if it is hwid ban i can help to resolve it

what we all say "Dont Hack to obv whit low ranks ir Hightranks =) enmasse is Cleaver say Traking from the banned user the ip and look on hes server for all acc

we say : u hacking on a lvl 9 name is FKEnmasseYe say banned u say look u ip is 00,000.00.1 say serce and see u have more acc = logic all accs banned =D say give a fuck u spend money or not

Neh i don't have other low rank accounts xD 1 captain and other major, that's all, and i don't use any type of hack with those accounts, people use macro, i don't xD

if u ever wanna hack on AVA, u need to play legit, pretend u dont have hacks, i did that, no1 noticed i had hacks, only ofc, they said UAV!!! xD

i have same probleme like you but you need to change pc and connection like you need to play in other house lol
