Renown Farmer Patched!

In light of the current ban wave, I believe the renown farmer has been patched. Now, if you try to go and edit both of the values, one of them will switch back to your legit score before you have a chance to lock it. If you don't believe me, go and test it. You don't even have to start farming (if you're afraid of being banned), just try and change the values and see what happens.

Luckily I can still use it . I just farmed 50000 easily with the old method.

Im fairly sure you just either forgot to stop the AntiCheat service or you mixed up one of the 3 adresses that correspond to your score value

No, I'm pretty sure I've been doing it right (I did try like 3 times yesterday). Also, I use Brent's method for stopping BattlEye, so there was no way it was running in the background. I only farm on my laptop which I never use to play multiplayer siege, so I never have to remember to re-enable BattlEye (in short, it's always off). As for editing the wrong value, I doubt that would be the case, since I would have CTD the instant I try to mod the wrong address. I'll give it a go later and see if it's still working or not.

You always have to turn off BatlEye service everytime you start the game, even if you don't re-enable it, BattlEye service still turn back on itself.

That's only if you do it using the regular method. Like I said, I used Brent's method instead (where you have to edit specific files to keep BattlEye from ever starting). Downside to this is that I won't be able to ever go into any online multiplayer lobby until I change the files back to normal. This method is actually much more of a hassle, but it'll prevent BattlEye from being able to start when you launch the game.

He's referring to the method where you rename the executable so BattlEye doesn't even turn on with the game. However with that method it should still work (at least on non-steam version).

Welp, I just went and tried it again today and it seems to be working just fine now. And yeah, I have the UPlay version, not Steam. I'm not exactly sure what was going on last night, because I tried it like 3 times and the values just kept switching back before I could lock in the new score. It might be because I was trying to do it during the huge banwave, however, I can't really be certain about the exact cause. I know Ubi have been known to implement random fixes for "hacks" and pull them off immediately after for whatever reason (Prime example would be with the AHK ban: they implemented a countermeasure to detect it and kick people from matches, then retracted it for like a day or 2, then re implemented it but this time with bans). None the less, I guess the farmer is working (for now).
